Outstanding Hospitality and Comfort at IntercityHotel Jaddaf I recently had the pleasure of staying at IntercityHotel Jaddaf, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Aymen, Charvi & Abby, who set the tone for a memorable stay. Their service was the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, making me feel both valued and well taken care of. The hotel itself boasts a cosy and impeccably clean ambiance. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The attention to detail in cleanliness and organization was remarkable, ensuring a truly relaxing stay. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Whether it was assistance with recommendations, quick responses to requests, or simply their positive energy, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Overall, IntercityHotel Jaddaf is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-serviced stay in Dubai. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning!

From the beginning, during check-in, we were met at the reception by a wonderful man, we were so delighted with the service that, unfortunately, we did not remember his name, we only know that he is from France and has short, slightly curly hair. He did everything possible to make our stay at the hotel unbeatable. We are grateful to him, as well as to Noor and the other staff, because they were all nice, cheerful and always happy to help. During our stay, everything was great, we were provided with all the necessary equipment that was not in the room (iron, hairdryer). They also gave us free water. Breakfasts, this is a separate topic. The food is very tasty, and the choice is huge. Breakfasts also made our stay here incredible. Our room itself was clean and nice, there was nothing to complain about. The price/quality ratio is really high, so the value and incredible service made our stay wonderful and not for all the money in the world. We wish you all the best!

I have been here between 17-21 th November. Now I will be honest. I was travelling with my best friend and hotel staff was extremly kind and helpful. Especially Zen at reception and Amjah ( if i am not mistaken), they really deserve all the best. Although there was no hair dryer, slippers, hangers in the room, I asked for them and they brought them immediately. I had wonderful 3 days in this hotel, do not forget to attend ladies night and get 3 free cocktails, it was fun. Location is good near metro Al jaddaf, but it is far from beaches, take it into consideration. Breakfast was okay but choices were not too much. Room was clean and generally hotel is new. View from our room was incredibly nice. Pool is very cool, you can take a lot of amazing pictures there, it looks very luxurious. There is transportation to shopping center as well. In this hotel everybody looks happy and always similing. Good job Guys!

The portion sizes were pleasantly surprising. The staff is polite, and any of your questions are resolved within minutes. We sincerely recommend this hotel. It takes less than 30 minutes by metro to reach the Burj Khalifa, and about 1 hour 20 minutes to the Ibn Battuta metro station. Creek Harbour is very close, and you can take a water taxi for less than a dollar.
