IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront

I have been here between 17-21 th November. Now I will be honest. I was travelling with my best friend and hotel staff was extremly kind and helpful. Especially Zen at reception and Amjah ( if i am not mistaken), they really deserve all the best. Although there was no hair dryer, slippers, hangers in the room, I asked for them and they brought them immediately. I had wonderful 3 days in this hotel, do not forget to attend ladies night and get 3 free cocktails, it was fun. Location is good near metro Al jaddaf, but it is far from beaches, take it into consideration. Breakfast was okay but choices were not too much. Room was clean and generally hotel is new. View from our room was incredibly nice. Pool is very cool, you can take a lot of amazing pictures there, it looks very luxurious. There is transportation to shopping center as well. In this hotel everybody looks happy and always similing. Good job Guys!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we are very pleased. It's definitely a great option for its price. We really enjoy the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s a pool and gym available. On Fridays, instead of the buffet, they offer a restaurant-style menu with a choice of three different dishes. The portion sizes were pleasantly surprising. The staff is polite, and any of your questions are resolved within minutes. We sincerely recommend this hotel. It takes less than 30 minutes by metro to reach the Burj Khalifa, and about 1 hour 20 minutes to the Ibn Battuta metro station. Creek Harbour is very close, and you can take a water taxi for less than a dollar.

I think the breakfast was great , had lots of variety as well I liked the way the staff responded when he had any issues or questions I liked the mood and attitude of the staff which was accommodating I liked how peaceful the surrounding area was I liked that there was a free shuttle to Festival City Mall (Hoping they add more malls to the list)

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which is conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions and dubai metro. The walkable waterfront area nearby was a particular highlight, offering scenic views. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Staff was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Zhaw, the housekeeping staff member, who went above and beyond to assist us. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, Clean room and common areas, there is a decent swimming pool on roof top, free parking, metro station a bit far to walk but can be reached by foot, hotel is by a canal where one can walk along. It is situated in a new development area, building will come up in the near future which will make a lovely area.
